Clubhouse Amenities

Reserve the Refuge Retreats Clubhouse for your next event. Clubhouse rental is open to anyone, not just residents. We have the space and amenities you need to make your next party, reunion, get-together or event a success.

• Max occupancy of 166
• Seating available for roughly 88 people
• 6 foot round tables (8 per table) and 4 ft round tables (4 per table)
• Full kitchen and coffee/tea bar
• TV lounging area with fireplace
• Surround sound system with microphone and hook ups to the TV for video/picture
• Additional flex room
• Gas fire pit outside
• Men's and women's restrooms

Guests are allowed to bring their own catering/food. All beverages are allowed. You are responsible for your own supplies (plates/utensils/napkins). We have miscellaneous serving utensils/trays on site.

Rental Rates:

A 1 hour non refundable deposit to reserve your date. Please review the rental rates below: ‍

Private Weekday Event‍

Monday - Thursday 8:00 am – 10:00 pm
$85/hour (minimum three hours) + $100 cleaning fee‍

Private Weekend Event

Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9:00 am – 11:00 pm
$100/hour (minimum three hours) + $200 cleaning fee
